    “When it comes to whether you’re gay or straight, black or white and all those markers others calculate — President Trump is decision blind.

    As Trump prepares for his inauguration on Jan. 20, it is clear that he is focused on building an administration that reflects America’s diversity while prioritizing competence and results.

    The inclusion of openly gay officials in key positions demonstrates that Trump is not beholden to outdated stereotypes or divisive politics.

    In contrast to the alarmist warnings from Democratic activists—who have claimed that a second Trump term would lead to oppression—this administration appears poised to foster an environment where individuals are judged by their capabilities rather than their identities.
